Sichuan Huitong Food Industry Co., Ltd., founded in 1989, is one of the well-known enterprises of Dongpo pickles. At present, it mainly produces various kinds of flavored pickles. The new factory of the company was settled in "China Pickle City" in May 2014, covering an area of 160 mu. The first phase of the project invested 250 million yuan and officially put into operation in June 2015. At the end of 2015, Huitong and the listed company - Chongqing Fuling Zhacai Group strategic restructuring. At present, Huitong is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fuling Zhacai Group.
